Pittsfield, ME
We are planning an event in collaboration with Blue Ox Malthouse. We are brewing a collaboration beer with specific Blue Ox Malts that will be released on Square Foot Saturday. We will hold an interactive presentation where Blue Ox will hot steep the malts used in the brew for tasting alongside the beer. We will also be working with other Maine NE Grainshed members and other breweries brewing beer with local grains to do a tap takeover for the day. Our menu will feature local grain specials alongside our farm to table menu.
